Redirecting Nameservers in Godaddy to Hostgator
For The Full WordPress Training Series Visit: After you have purchased your domain name with godaddy and your hosting account with Hostgator, you will need to change your DNS controls in order for Hostgator to upload data to your new domain name. LOGIN TO YOUR NEW ACCOUNTS HOSTGATOR You should have received a Username, Password and distinct cPanel website address from Hostgator. Go to that link and login to your cPanel. Once logged in scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the right hand side under Account Information you will see a section called “”Nameservers.” This should be something like: ns2911.hostgator.com.
